While most grapes are harvested in the fall, grapes being used to craft icewines are left on much longer. It's usually around January (when the grapes are frozen) that they are taken off the vines to craft these more concentrated wines.
Learn more about the icewine making process during our live virtual tasting with Winemaker, Phil Plummer. To find out more about the event visit our Facebook event page here.
Purchase the kit to taste along with Phil and learn all about our Vidal Blanc Icewine and how the grapes were harvested to make these deliciously sweet wines. Get the kit here: https://bit.ly/34dxfbe
