The space Enjoy country life with a gentle creek flowing through the property, a large lawn for activities and gatherings, and a ping pong table in the 3 season room. Or get out and experience the Fingerlakes with public Seneca Lake access 5 min away and numerous wineries, amazing waterfalls and scenic hiking trails within minutes. Please beware that remodeling work is almost complete, therefore some of the property may seem a little unfinished. The 3 season room is a work in progress and additional landscaping will come in 2021. The property is a working organic farm, so occasionally farm equipment will need to use the driveway.
