Come to our charming house in Waterloo! This house features a huge lot to play with the family in, including an extra large private dock for fishing, and relaxing to the soothing mini waterfall outback. The entire place has been tastefully remodeled from top to bottom with our guests in mind. The Master suite is on the second floor and features a double vanity & King bed! The first floor features a play room with a futon sofa and a living room with two more & a second bedroom with bunk beds The space The house features HVAC and keyless code entry which instructions will be emailed before your stay for easy access in and out and no need to remember to bring a key while on vacation! Sorry no animals of any kind as my son and I suffer from severe allergies and we utilize the home on occasion. TWO (2)... TWO PERSON INFLATABLE KAYAKS 🚣🏿‍♀️🚣🏿‍♀️🚣🏿‍♀️ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL GUESTS during summer months. Signed Waiver required prior to use. Waivers onsite on kitchen counter top. Use at own risk send picture of signed waiver by all guests or guardians through AirBnB App for Deck Box lock combination code. Safety vests and Kayaks are inside of Deck Box.
