Job Description: As a Digital, and Media Account Representative at FLX Local Media, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for driving revenue growth by offering advertising solutions to local businesses. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for digital media, sports, and community engagement while working in a fun, family environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
2. Educate clients on the benefits of digital, and media advertising solutions offered by FLX Local Media.
3. Create and present customized advertising proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of advertising campaigns.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive prospecting and effective sales strategies.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in digital marketing, sports sponsorship, and media advertising.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, promotions, or advertising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and familiarity with local businesses and community networks is a plus.
