Entire beautifully updated 1890 home with acres of outdoor space to enjoy. Centrally located to enjoy the Finger Lakes wine trails, minutes from I90 Waterloo exit. The space If you have a party of 4 or less guests let me know and I'll reduce the cleaning fee $40. Fiber internet, great WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix for TV entertainment. Simple house rules, Take nothing but memories and leave nothing but your comments (we do listen to our guests) also kick off your shoes, no smoking or vaping, only TP in the bathroom, we recylce and make it easy for you to (separate bins for that), you can use the washer and dryer just be sure to clean the lint filter and bring your own supplies. Dogs welcome for an additional $40.00 fee for your entire stay. Children friendly, two pack and plays with mattresses and linens, two high chairs, audio / video baby monitor, cabinet locks, outlet coves, door knob covers, baby gates x 2 and children plates. Guest access Any rooms not accessible are locked so no need to guess. Barn is secured so please do not try and enter, it is an old barn which we'll be restoring over the summer then renovating for use as a Barn Wedding Venue, Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats or any other special occasion. Outdoor spaces include brand new Gazebo, Fire pit (fire wood, kindling and starter starter sticks included), BBQ Grill (charcoal and charcoal chimney included) and converted retail shed with TV, music, AC and comfy furniture. Located just 10 minutes from the I 90 Waterloo Exit. Minutes from Cayuga Lake and the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Centraly located for quick ride to all the Finger Lakes have to offer. Check out is 11AM, please be sure to "clean as you go" so you are not rushing trying to get the home in order prior to check out, there are two bins at the driveway entrance, one for trash and one for recycling (not for returnables) as the returnable container fills up you can place them in the marked garbage can by the barn. Don't worry about bed linens and bathroom linens can be placed in the laundry room. If you do run out of time before check out to get the house in order please give me a heads up, thanks!
