House with Secluded Private Beach

Enjoy 120 feet of secluded private beach front and three separate structures to spread out. We have a six night minimum July through August. Check in is on Saturday and check out is on Friday during those months. The calendar is up to date. Back to back reservations are preferred. Cornell and Ithaca College Graduation weekends have a 3 night minimum. We kindly ask that you do not visit the house without asking so as not to disturb other guests. The space Mia's Lakehouse is a fully furnished lake front property in beautiful Oak Harbor (near Ithaca, NY) with 120 feet of private beach front and an oversized dock great for boating, swimming and fishing. The dock also features a boat house with a 500 square foot loft over the water. At beach level is a two story suite with a kitchen, bathroom and breakfast area on the first floor, and a double bed on the second floor. The bedroom has a large sliding glass door great for sleeping to the sound of the waves. Please note that the beach house is closed for the winter starting October 31st. The main house sits on the hill with a stunning view of the lake. There are three bedrooms upstairs as well as a sun porch great for kids who want to sleep "outside". The sun porch doors pass through the main bedroom and the pink bedroom, so is not as private as a typical bedroom. A washer and dryer are at bedroom level, perfect for packing light. The parking area parks three cars. We have used this property as our personal vacation home and rental for more than 15 years.
