Lakeview Cemetery

Lakeview Cemetery is located in Interlaken, NY and is the final resting place for Rod Serling, the iconic creator of The Twilight Zone, an infamous sci-fi series that ran from 1959 to 1964. Visitors often come to pay their respects and leave small mementos in his honor. Serling was born in Syracuse, raised in Binghamton, taught at Ithaca College, and later spent much of his time and summers on Cayuga Lake.
