The gracious dining table seats up to 12 for a more formal gathering, and the lake and woodland views add romance. The kitchen has everything you need to nourish guests from cocktails to dessert. Gourmands will appreciate the six-burner gas stove and convection oven in the spacious open kitchen finished with hardwood floors. The Sun Room is everything its name promises with sunrise and sunset views. All the entertainment you need is right there from the premium cable, 57-inch screen TV, game table (perfect for cards or a jigsaw puzzle) and a play area for toddlers. Access the deck via the Great Room or the Sun Room to stare at the night sky or head down to the lake. The deck will be a focal point at mealtime as you fire up the barbeque grill. It's surrounded by just enough trees to please the sunbathers and shade lovers. Take the steps down to the 293-foot waterfront (or perch on the half-way point deck) to spend the day swimming or kayaking in the deepest of the Finger Lakes. It's a great location for stargazing and roasting marshmallows around a bonfire. You can also reach the lake via a ramp. Every room has its own premium cable-configured TV (except the Great Room). Five of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms. The two masters add to the luxury. Each has a king mattress, a walk-in closet, and lake views. The Lake Effect Master Suite includes a sitting room with a sleeper sofa and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The bunk room sleeps four (two bunks, a twin and a foldaway), so kids can have their own space too. The house sits a quarter mile from the road, so you have all the advantages of being away coupled with the benefits of easy access to entertainment. If you need access to Wi-Fi, Lake Effect has a geek-approved high speed connection, so you may discover you do your best work from the deck. The large laundry is conveniently located between the common areas and the bedrooms. You're minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, microbreweries, and downtown Geneva is less than 15 minutes away, for fine dining, Wegman's grocery, and the farmer's market.
