A short ascent to the second floor brings you to the three bedrooms. The master features a queen size bed and a dazzling view of the lake. The other two bedrooms both feature a full bed. Each bedroom shares the full bath with a shower/tub combination on this floor. On the lower level of a Wonderful Lake House Life, you'll find the large rec room. Here you will also find additional sleeping accommodations for overflow, with a single trundle bed set. The washer and dryer as well as the half bath are located just down the short hall off the rec room. The exterior of Wonderful Lake House Life is not to be overlooked. From the main living room, you can exit through the sliding glass door onto the spacious deck, which is perfect for lounging around, grilling out or simply taking in the magnificent lake views. Just a few steps down and you will be right on the lower deck, which extends right onto the dock, ideal for sunbathing, fishing and swimming. This section can also be accessed via the lower level rec room through the set of double doors. Additionally, you can find extra gathering space and a fire pit on the left side of the property. Looking to get out of the house? Take a short 10 minute walk south to Deerhead Lakeside Restaurant and Bar, or take a 5 minute drive over to the Cayuga Lake State Park. Here you will find a public launch for the boating aficionados, as well as a playground and swimming area for the little ones. Of course, for any of the wine lovers, you are right on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, or for those looking to try their luck, the Del Lago Resort and Casino is just minutes from the house.
