Tandem Skydiving
Get a view of the Finger Lakes from an angle many have never seen before. Tandem packages can be experienced from 10,000 feet or 13,000 feet! This package allows you to experience a one-way scenic flight to an altitude of your choosing, where you'll be harnessed to an experienced skydiving instructor. From there, there's only one way down and you'll get to see what it feels like to jump out of a plane!
AFF/Coach Students
Is skydiving something you want to do all by yourself? Then join Skydive Seneca Lake as a student! Here, you will learn about what it takes to jump out of a plane 13,000 feet in the air. Transfer students are welcome!
Licensed Sport Jumpers
Is skydiving a passion you have and something you've already mastered? Skydive Seneca Lake has you covered! Not only are the owners teachers when it comes to the craft of skydiving, but they skydive as a hobby themselves. For those that don't need all the extra help, there is a special plane just for them! This second plane and pilot is dedicated to those who don't want to wait, and want to just get in the sky and do their own thing. This option is for jumpers and students that want to jump from 13,000 feet and can do things like formations with their closest friends!
How much does it cost to skydive in the Finger Lakes with Skydive Seneca Lake?
There are plenty of affordable options and packages when booking with Skydive Seneca Lake! A weekday tandem from 10,000 feet will be $295, and one from 13,000 feet will be $335. On the weekends a 10,000 foot jump is $325, and a 13,000 foot jump is $365.
If you come in a group, you can snag some great deals as well! Groups of 4-9 people can receive a $15 discount for each person. If you come with a group of ten or more people, you can receive $20 off for each participant, 20% off media package purchases, and the group organizer will receive their tandem media package for free! It is transferrable if requested. Not only can you get these discounts, but you can stack them with additional discounts if you qualify.
Any teachers, students, first responders, or active duty/retired military can receive 10% off, and there is a $15 cash discount available.
Memorialize your memories of skydiving over the sparkling lakes and green fields
Footage from your skydiving experience will be captured with cameras mounted to wrists. The entire experience is captured, and you can preview it once you land to decide if it's something you'd like to purchase. You can experience it again and again as many times as you want by opting to purchase photos or videos!
Each skydive is recorded by Skydive Seneca Lake and depending on your package, you can choose which photos you'd like to keep. If you wish to skip that option but change your mind, your photos and footage will be stored so you can always come back at a later date!
Photos only package is $99, photos and video are $135, 3 photos are $69, and just one photo is $49.

Skydive Seneca Lake offers the following preparation guidelines for getting ready to jump:
- Tandem skydiving participants should wear clothing appropriate for the day's weather and temperatures. Please keep in mind, the temperature at jump altitude will be about 20-30 degrees colder than ground temperatures for that time of day. We recommend you bring gloves and extra layers just in case you decide to layer-up. Your tandem instructor will advise whether you will be more comfortable with or without these extra layers. Wearing some type of athletic footwear or sneakers is ideal.
- We recommend not skydiving on an empty stomach, as this can actually make you more likely to experience motion sickness! A light meal or snack before you arrive can actually ease nausea during and after your skydiving experience. Bringing snacks or a light lunch with you will come in handy if the drop zone experiences a weather hold. Please DO NOT consume alcohol before your skydive. Any participants who appear intoxicated may be required to pass a breathalyzer before gearing up for the skydive. For skydivers with any health concerns, please consult with your doctor to see if skydiving would pose additional risks for you.
- Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your reservation. In order to participate in skydiving, all participants are required to sign a waiver and watch a short video explaining the risks involved. All participants are then given multiple in-depth briefings about their jump from our licensed professionals. Participants then begin the "gear up" process.. and we can't rush perfection!

How to get to the point where you can jump by yourself
Is this something you're passionate about and really want to be able to do on your own? Great! You can!
You'll first need to successfully pursue your A License with Skydive Seneca Lake. To do this, you'll need to complete "Ground School" or a "First Jump Course."
Options for completing courses include the Dual Instructor (Category A, B, & C1) for $325, Single Instructor (Category C2, D & E) for $275, Coach (Category F, G, H & Check Dive) for $125, Student Self Supervised for $85, and "Hop & Pop" (Instructor Supervised) for $75.
