Lively Run Dairy is a family run, sustainable farm in Interlaken, NY that began production in 1982. It is one of the first commercial goat dairy operations in New York State. Come visit the farm, taste their artisanal goat and cow cheeses, get a tour and eat some cheesecake on their cute porch. Make sure to come in the spring to see their mischievous goat kids.
