Six Eighty Cellars

At Six Eighty Cellars, we believe the past creates our future. Two million years ago, the Finger Lakes were formed by receding glaciers, leaving deep, pristine lakes and steeply sloped hillsides ideal for grape growing. Fast forward to 2020, when the property was purchased by local vineyardists Dave and Melissa Pittard. Attracted by the property’s well-established vines overlooking Cayuga Lake, Dave and Melissa saw the opportunity to create an exciting new style of wines rarely seen in the Finger Lakes region.
