Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union Announces Brand Refresh
Geneva, N.Y.,- Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union today announced the launch of its refreshed brand identity, marking an important milestone in the organization’s continued growth and commitment to serving its members. As part of this evolution, the credit union will adopt a new logo mark, fonts, and updated brand colors and it’s marketing name will transition to Finger Lakes Credit Union.
For nearly 60 years, Finger Lakes Credit Union has helped members achieve their financial goals while building lasting relationships throughout the communities it serves. The refreshed brand reflects the credit union’s growth, expanded services, and commitment to meeting the changing needs of today’s members — while remaining grounded in the values that have guided the organization since its founding in 1967.
The refreshed brand was introduced to members in late June and is now being unveiled publicly across the credit union’s digital platforms, social media channels, and marketing communications.
"We have come a long way. For nearly six decades, our members have trusted us to help them reach life's biggest milestones, and that trust is something we never take for granted," said Bob McFadden, President & CEO. "Our refreshed brand reflects how we've grown alongside the communities we serve and our continued investment in the future. While our look is evolving, everything that matters most remains the same—our mission, our values, and our unwavering commitment to putting our members first. We're proud to enter this next chapter as Finger Lakes Credit Union and look forward to continuing to help our members create remarkable lives. The credit union remains federally chartered, deposits continue to be insured by NCUA, and the credit union is very well capitalized. There is no change in our regulatory standing. There is no impact to members or staff. A brand refresh is simply an update to how we present ourselves — our name, logo, and visual identity. The people, mission, and values behind it are all unchanged.”
The refreshed brand will continue rolling out across Finger Lakes Credit Union branches, digital channels, and marketing materials throughout the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.
